Ambassador Alexander (Alex) Muganda (Legal), based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. A Tanzanian national, Alex has over 30 years experience as a States Attorney in the Attorney General’s Chambers, prosecutor as Deputy Head of Tanzania’s Anti-Corruption Agency, and a decade as Tanzania’s High Commissioner (Ambassador) to Zimbabwe and later Ambassador to Rwanda between 1997 and 2006.
