Investment Advisory: We focus on development of investment strategy and selection and monitoring of investment managers.

Investment Management: We serve as Investment Advisors and Sub-Advisors (Consultants) for institutional investors. We focus on discretionary investment management of client assets, providing recommendations and advising on trade execution, primarily in individual securities, and based on our own analysis of market trends and opportunities. Research demonstrates that small, nimble, emerging investment firms tend to perform better than their larger peers. The constant pursuit of alpha compels institutional investors to seek exposure to the emerging managers such as Wambia Capital. Our advantage is that we are small, entrepreneurial, focused, innovative, and keen to show our ability to add value. 

 
Merchant Banking: We arrange capital and risk management products (guarantees and insurance) for trade and investment. Our strategic partner for Merchant Banking in the United States is the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC); who have formally selected us as Loan Originators.

Risk Advisory: We provide internal audit and risk advisory services to companies, banks and institutional investors.

Investor Education: We arrange or sponsor seminars, conferences, newsletters, and online discussion forums all focused on educating investors about investing in Africa; and from Africa to USA and Asia Pacific.

Investor and Donor Relations: We represent US companies, donors, and investors in Africa; and African and Asia Pacific companies and recipients of donor funds to their investors, lenders, donors, and clients  in the United States.
