OUR MISSION

Our mission is to make it easier, cheaper, and more profitable for individuals, banks, investment companies (including mutual funds), pension plans, other pooled investment vehicles (including hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital), charitable organizations, companies, state and municipal government entities, and other government entities to raise capital and invest in the United States, Asia Pacific and in Africa. 

We fulfill our mission by making principal investments in the USA, Asia Pacific and Africa for Wambia Capital (using our own equity/investors), and for Investment Advisory clients who meet eligibility criteria and for whom such investments are suitable; and by helping firms to raise capital - principally in the USA. Our investment services for individuals include Financial Planning, Portfolio Management, and evaluating Real Estate Trusts. Our services for investors typically include Portfolio Management; sourcing investment deal flow; and analyzing and structuring investment deals in securities, bank debt, private equity, and property. Our services for companies typically include Portfolio Management, Merchant Banking (Due Diligence, review of Business Plans and Pitch Books; introduction and advice in dealing with banks, venture capitalists, and private equity investors), Company Representation and Risk Advisory.
